The amount of delivery costs  is offered  for orders  for France and is the responsibility of the buyer  for the rest of Europe and  out of Europe.
Orders are packed with creativity and great care, then shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This period may be extended during a new collection period.
Shipments of personalized pre-order items are made from the date of finalization of the piece that you will communicate to us. If 2 items are on pre-order, then the package will be shipped when it is complete (latest date).

Delivery in Metropolitan France by Colissimo (2-3 days), by Mondial Relay (4-5 days) in Europe (7-8  days), and worldwide by DHL (8 days maximum).
Product returns:
Right of withdrawal applicable within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the items. The item must be received by the studio in the same condition as when it was sent and perfectly packaged.

Customization of items from the customer's clothing  does not work within the framework of the right of withdrawal.
